Üretilen ilk sayborg olan Boris Goudphater üretim açısından hatalı ve biçimsizdir. Yaratıcısı, kendi adını verdiği Goudphater’ı yok etmeyi planlar fakat Goudphater bir yolunu bulup preste ezilmekten kurtulur. Bunun üzerine intikam almak isteyen Goudphater, yeryüzünün çekirdeğinden gelen magmayı kullanarak nükleer bir patlamaya yol açmayı planlar. Üretilen ikinci cyborg olan, süper kahraman aygıtlarıyla donatılmış Dozer ise bir gizli ajandır. Dozer, yaratıcılarından Spanners’ı da yanına alarak Goudphater’ı durdurmak için yola çıkar.

In the not to distant future, The World Security Network is developing cyborgs to combat crime. The prototype, self-named Boris Goudphater is defective and disfigured, somehow survives the crusher. Out for revenge, he plans a nuclear explosion using the magma flow to the earth’s core and array of machines and hardware to destroy the world security. The second Cyborg, Crush, is now a secret agent furnished with superhero gadgets. Partnered with his sensible co-creator, Spanners, their mission is to stop Goudphater.
